When your child runs out of time in a Space, they can send you a request for more time. You’ll receive a notification in the Parent App letting you know which Space they’d like more time in.
Tap the notification to view the request. If you’re happy to approve it straight away, simply swipe right on the request.
If you’d like a little more information before deciding, tap the request to see your child’s message along with relevant digital health information. From here, you can choose to approve or reject their request.
Once you’ve made your decision, your child will be notified in their app. If you approve the request, the Space will move from their Closed list back to their Open list, and the agreed additional time will be added to the timer.
