Go to Device Health in the Orbiri Portal and enter your child’s Child ID.
There’s no list of children to browse, so the device health information can only be viewed by someone who already has the correct Child ID.
Here you can see:
The overall status of your child's device.
The safety features that keep the device managed (these should all be on).
How many apps are installed, and how many still need managing (the device can manage up to 50 at once).
Apps your child can still open that aren't being managed yet (grouped by space, most sensitive first).
Every app set up for this child's community and year group, ordered by the most sensitive space.
