What if other families don’t participate?

Orbiri works best when families move together, but not every family needs to join for your family to take part.

Shared boundaries are designed to reduce the feeling that one child is the only one with limits. As more friends and families follow the same boundaries, they can start to feel less like individual household rules and more like a normal part of everyday life.

Participation outside of school is always a family’s choice. Families can join over time, and if Orbiri isn’t right for your family, you can opt out.

During the school day, Orbiri works alongside your school’s phone policy to reduce digital distractions while keeping essential, medical and school-approved apps available.
