Orbiri was founded by Jason Michaelides, a parent who experienced first-hand how difficult it can be to manage children’s relationship with technology.
Like many parents, Jason found himself dealing with the daily battles, guilt and pressure around screen time. Even when boundaries were put in place at home, children were still growing up in a wider digital world where different families followed different rules.
Seeing other parents facing the same challenges made one thing clear: this wasn’t a problem individual families could solve alone.
Orbiri grew from the idea that a collective problem needed a collective solution. Bringing schools, families and children together around shared digital boundaries.
Today, Orbiri is being built to make those boundaries easier to put into practice, helping children develop healthier digital habits while reducing the pressure on parents and schools.
