Limitation:
Apps are categorised into Spaces by Orbiri. During the pilot, you can’t move an app to a different Space yourself, so you may occasionally find an app that you think has been categorised incorrectly.
Fix/Workaround:
If you think an app is in the wrong Space, let us know through the Orbiri Portal.
Open the Space Explorer and select the relevant Community. For your child, this will be their year group Community. If you’re using Orbiri yourself, select your own Community.
Find the app and suggest the Space you think it should be in.
